Job Description: -

·        Skill Set: ServiceNow APM SME with Business Analysis background
·        Brief JD:
o  Capture the data & upload to ServiceNow APM.
o  Educate & Train Customer on the product to show the value of the product and create the processes for new/existing data to be loaded while continuity re-evaluated and ensure continuous improvement of the product/data.
o  Additionally, create a road map of bringing the maturity of this product to the desire state against global best practices
·        Experience:
o  Total IT Experience (Including ServiceNow) : 6-8 years
o  ServiceNow APM Experience: More than 1 year
                           APM Implementation experience is compulsory.
